"When I arrived, there was a notification the front desk would be back in 10 minutes. I waited 10 minutes. He came back … said he’d be right with me … went into his office … I waited … came out to his office … with his back to me, he was writing something down … I waited … he finally turned around and asked if I was checking in. I was at the front desk for 20 minutes before I could check in. I didn’t find his customer service very acceptable. I was not greeted with “good evening” or “welcome to Best …” or “sorry you had to wait” and after the typical check in … “anything else I can do for you?” Overall the room was clean and the coffee was good."

"The front desk staff was helpful upon arrival. Our room was not confirmed as fully ready post check in time, however, the staff managed to switch us to another two queen room within the check in time frame instead. The hotel was clean and appeared newly renovated inside, however, the outside is outdated. Overall, a nice stay for the value and need of only one night."
