"Our Super 8 hotel room in Sherwood Park, Alberta, was clean and fresh, we had a lovely stay. The free breakfasts had great choices. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, especially a gal called Stacey, who helped immensely when we locked ourselves out of our vehicle! We recommend the hotel highly."

"Toilet did not work properly. Maintenance worker came up and fixed temporarily, but that only worked for 10 minutes. Called again and they gave me a plunger that didn't work. They gave me a 10% discount for my inconvenience for my two days of having to plunge the toilet every time it was flushed and I had to ask for the discount!"

"The room seemed new - no wear and tear and spotlessly clean. My one complaint lies not with the management but the builder. My floor had a pronounced hump which put stress on the laminate flooring that squeaked every time I moved on it. Not a big deal for me but I felt bad for the occupants below. I did my best to be quiet at my 0500 rise and exit but... there were still some squeaks. The location was quite convenient for both getting down to Whyte Ave and for leaving the city."

"I was familiar with this hotel before it became associated with Sheraton. The transformation from what it was to what it is today is remarkable. Staff was great and it is very clean. The food in the onsite pub and restaurant was very good. If you are not familiar with the area it isn't as convenient to ammenities as some might prefer but the location does make it easy to get around with vehicle or mobile navigation. Definitely would stay again and would not hesitate to recommend to family and...
