We only stayed one night, but had a good experience. The best part of our stay was the service we received when checking in and out. The staff was wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed. The property is undergoing some renovations, but that did not impede our stay at all.

Extreme comfort

Our stay each time have been so smooth, comfortable and clean rooms. I have arthritis and some places have hard beds which cause me to wake up stiff. I don’t have that problem at the Harthorn. There beds are so comfortable

Remodel Hotel

The hotel is under construction and remodel but the new rooms are great! We have to be here long term for work and the kitchen is much better than other extended stays! The sink is huge which is a plus! Parking is difficult right now due to the construction taking up half of the lot but it’s a good spot to stay for work.

The hotel was clean and the room was too. The only concern i have was when the maid service left she did not leave us any wash clothes there was only one in the room. My husband went down to the desk and asked for a couple more since there was only one. When we arrived home this evening he was looking at the charges and there was like a $87 charge pending on our statements for a 2 pk of something. I am wondering if this charge is those wash clothes. If this charge goes through i will be calling for an explanation to why this is on our CC statement.

Place was clean most of the staff was very friendly and helpful except for one lady who just mean mugs every person. Breakfast was good but they did not keep up with food. Example if I was not there by 7 in the morning they didn’t bother to make a second round of breakfast if anything ran out. Didn’t have many choices either. Hot tub does not work it is the same temp as the pool and jets do not turn on. Overall descent stay they could definitely improve on a few things though.

Other than the remodeling the rooms were great and roomy. The elevator was sckecty and the morning after someone I believe had urinated on the floor. Maybe a spill of some sort. Check in was a bit difficult due to showing up a little bit early. But was visiting for local football game so wanted to change clothes and get to game on time. The front desk staff eventually let us check in about 45 minutes before 3. We overall love the room and location was great. After renovations the hotel will be perfect for guest. We would have liked a better breakfast option but I wouldn't focus on breakfast the rooms was the ice breaker. Will stay her again

Not so good of an experience.

First room had what looked like poop in the tub that I was told was a burn scar from welders. Second room had a dirty dish towel, dirty spoons that were stuck together in the drawer, and an exposed electrical wire from the A/C that was sitting in a small puddle of water (sending photos because it was a safety hazard). There was not enough parking due to the ongoing construction (that I was not aware of before booking). Construction started around 5:30 am, which is too early for hotel guests present in my opinion. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Once renovations are done, it is really just housekeeping issues that can easily be resolved.
