"This location is great, rooms arent bad and seemed clean. Its still an old hotel with creeky floors and beds but not terrible. Its a short walk to the beach path, Walmart, Safeway, 711 etc. which is nice. You can use the Prestige Waterfront amenities (their sister property / more fancy hotel) which is only a 5min walk but I didn't use anything there- was only staying one night. Only 5-10mins to get downtown. Downsides- small parking lot (but if you can get parking its free which is nice), old...

"Dirty room, poor housekeeping Do not stay here if you value a clean room. The floors in our room were absolutely black with grime and clearly hadn't been properly washed or vacuumed in a long time. It was disgusting and ruined our stay. Extremely disappointed with the lack of effort from the staff and management. We spent an hour wiping/moping the floors ourself.
