"The property is super clean. The staff were very helpful. The rooms were super organized and clean. We only stayed for two nights but I was very content with our stay. One thing I noticed in hotels in Arizona and Vegas is that room service doesn’t really get back to us. But for this hotel, we just asked again on our way up to our room and got the towels and toothbrushes."

"My check-in experience was very stressful. I was handed the key and was told that the room was ready, only to find that there was a maintenance guy still working on the room and he was sitting on the bed when I walked in. As a female solo traveler, that immediately felt extremely uncomfortable. Went back to the front desk to inform them about the incident, no apologies from the GM. Went back up to the room, my keycard didn’t work. Besides this very unnecessarily stressful check-in process, there were other issues: toilet paper holder was hanging on by a thread, blind was not working, and the floor felt sticky and dirty. Unfortunately, the only good thing I can say about this hotel is its location."
