"The property is outdated and requires refurbishment. Room provided at first had drainage issue with outside light not working. That makes it hazards in dark corner of the property. Second room was good enough but again stairs to room were sloppy making it hazards. We were offered upgrade to room where air conditioning wasn't working properly and noone attended to complaint. "We have had a joyful stay at Kaya Belek! The staff are very professional and helpful and the room is spacious and spotless. The food provided is international and properly cooked. It was a bit too cold for us to use the outdoor pool and the waterpark on site was refurbishing, but the indoor pool was heated at 28C and the kids enjoyed a lot in there too. Would definitely recommend! "

"You get what you pay for, very cheap but the room was large with a nice tv although only 1 English news Channel and a large walk in shower, nowhere really to eat unless you go to land of legends"

"place was clean..had fresh clean towels and was perfect for our one nights stay. only problem we had was there was no one there initially to let us in as there was a code on the door and when we left no one to hand room key to,ended up having to leave key with a resident who lived in the apts and just hope the keys got passed on."
