I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Residenzschloss Bayreuth. My room was spacious, clean and lovely and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The staff are very polite and friendly. The breakfast is excellent with a wide range of food to start the day. I will certainly stay here again next time I am in Bayreuth. Thank you!

Great Bayreuth base

This was a great place to stay for the festival. Excellent breakfast, spacious and comfortable room, bus up to the Festspielhaus and very friendly staff

We’d already stayed here for 2 nights during the Festspiele the week prior, but decided to return for the last opera in the Ring. Couldn’t pass up a last-minute Expedia deal where one night was nearly half the cost of the previous week’s booking. Same great experience, room was slightly smaller, no bathrobe/slippers, no big deal. This is a lovely, well-run and well-staffed property.

Frühstück war sehr gut. Teppichboden im Zimmer war wegen Hausstauballergie nicht so gut. Aber ansonsten war das Zimmer und Hotel sehr gut. Tiefgarage als parkmöglichkeit war auch gut.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut - grosse, leckere Auswahl! Das Bett ist super und das Zimmer sehr groß. Allerdings ist es sehr duster. Dunkel eingerichtet und wenig Licht. Bad ist ausreichend groß, leider roch es nach Abfluss. Außerdem finde ich es schade, dass unter dem Vorwand der "Ökologie" nur alle 3 Tage gereinigt wird. Es geht doch letztendlich nur um die Kosten.

Vores ophold var en del af ferien, som overnatning inden turen gik videre sydpå. Hotellet har en fantastisk beliggenhed til at undersøge byen nærmere. Vi ankom lidt tidligt, men fik lov at tjekke ind og benytte haven i ventetiden. Super service. Ikke sidste gang vi benytter os af dette hotel, måske også til flere overnatninger.
