"Hotel is for a “younger” generation. Doesn’t have amenities that an older generation is used to in other same priced hotels. Restaurant doesn’t open till 8am, hotel provided coffee service is only from 5am to 8am. Restaurant food has a more modern slant meaning that the traditional breakfast or dinner is not available. Otherwise a very good restaurant. Well maintained hotel though. Staff is friendly. "

"I booked a handicap room through Expedia. When we arrived, the man at the desk said that all of the handicap room were full & the one they had me in was not wheelchair accessible. We asked if they have a shower bench that i could use in the bathtub & he said, yes. We said that room would be ok & we could make it work if they had a shower bench. "The place was nice, the beds were super comfortable but there was a lot of construction going on and the hot water wasn’t very hot. But it was a nice place for the money"

"Because there are kitchenettes in the room, our room had a very strong food odor that was overwhelming. The room was clean. Bed a little firm for my liking. Shower curtain was so short it would hardly stay inside the tub. It was okay and provided what we needed for 1 night. "

"The shops nearby are phenomenal! The Stonebriar Mall, The Star, and other Dallas sports arenas are within a five minute drive along with all of the other amazing sites to see. The room was very clean and exceeded our expectations. The staff were very friendly and helpful when we had questions. Having free meals included in the package was a huge plus!"

"Every single person at the desk and at valet were incredibly nice and helpful. The room was excellent. Valet was super quick and easy to use and all the workers were smiling at all times. Elevators were quick and we never had to wait. My only complaint was the breakfast. $15 for a “buffet” of cold eggs, cold potatoes, soggy pancakes, and a piece of sausage. Just go elsewhere for food. Other than that, this place was perfect. "

"Overall room was good for sleeping, shower,restroom and keeping drinks cool in mini fridge. Going through renovations so it was kind of dirty. Floor molding was off, shower kept leaking, toilet was leaking on inside so it kept filling up every 20 minutes. I also had to kill a couple cockroaches too"

"Mall across the street. Ford center in walking distance. Gas station across the street. Hotel reservation was canceled prior to check in. Hotel was able to enter reservation back in system and place in another room. We were upgraded to one bedroom suite...Seperated kitchen,livingroom,extra large bathroom and bedroom with two queen beds. Livingroom TV turn around into Kitchen area. TV in bedroom as well. Breakfast was great. Thanks to the Hyatt House Dallas Frisco Team. Will be back next...
