"Clean room, bed and pillows on the softer side, friendly staff, and a beautiful small pool and saunas on the rooftop. The gym is in the basement and is very basic, with one whole-body resistance training machine, one elliptical, one treadmill, one stationary bike, and one pair of dumbbells (not kidding). The hotel entrance itself is tucked away in a quieter courtyard, but the surrounding street area nearby is very busy, with people loitering around, somewhat dirty, and has a few sketchy spots and businesses. However, it’s a very convenient location, within walking distance of the U-Bahn, Munich’s main pedestrian shopping area around Stachus (10-minute walk) and Marienplatz (20-minute walk), as well as great restaurants and cafés."

"This was a surprisingly good experience. We were looking for a low cost hotel option and this exceeded our expectations. The hotel seemed brand new, everything was clean and comfortable. The room was a little small, but great value."

"Good clean room. Code entry worked well. Bed was comfy. The only slight issue was that the cleaning staff knocked on the door and entered the room twice, once around 9am and once around 10am. It did not appear necessary to me as I was due to check out at 11am the same day, check in is not until 3pm for the next guest."

"Incredible value for money in terms of accommodation. Travelling with a family of 5 can be expensive! We didn't have the food but we were really happy with the modular and adaptable style of the rooms, and the kitchenette was fantastic. "

"The hotel does it job if you stay one night and visit the Omlypic park, the SAP Garden, The BWW Museum and BMW Welt. You can walk to all of these. There is also a Edeca supermarket next to the hotel. However, housekeeping is making noise by pushing and pulling beds in other rooms, when tay make the beds. I was charged twice for the room, first via Hotels.com and then by the hotel at check-in. The staff could not reimburse me the next morning and said on Easter Thursday that the manager would return to the matter after Easter. Nothing heard so far. The AC-charging is extremely expensive over 80 cents per kW. Entrance to the parking is very complicated with physical keys given at checkin desk. I did not try the restaurant nor the breakfast."

"stayed for a "long weekend", 8 nights. On my 5th night, found a few silver fish in the room. I talked with Cuolum (?) not sure if I am spelling her name correctly as I lost it in my travels. She is a very nice African receptionist. She left a note for the day manager who moved to a different room on the other side of the hotel. Most of the front desk people all seem too busy but she made me feel at home, very pleasant. Great location as it's close to the Laim S Bahn station. Not a whole lot in the area as you have to venture out a little bit. Munich's largest beer garden is a "short" walk on the other side of the S bahn station. "
