"What an incredible stay! Thank you so much to the doorman (sorry i didn't get your name), Syafina and Azizan. Thank you for making my short stay so memorable. The hotel was spotless, the attention to detail by housekeeping was wonderful. I loved the pool and the food and I wish I could have stayed longer. I loved the map which came with the keycard that mapped the Sandakan heritage trail, which I followed and had a great day trip. If you're staying in Sandakan and want a piece of luxury and to watch an amazing sunrise and sunset this hotel is the place for you. Thank you so much!"

"Excellent location but not for those with fitness and mobility issues. Excellent host and range of activities provided such as jungle walk and river cruise. Food plentiful. No WiFi but good phone signal. Host provides excellent transport to and from the airport as it is 2 hours away."
