"The three bedroom apartment was spacious, well furnished, with great views and had so much potential. Unfortunately, the furnishing was a bit gross. On checking in we also found dirty socks, used toothbrushes and half finished milk teas around the place. There were also cockroaches roaming the living room mattress, and we found stains on all the couches, the towels and the bed sheets. "Eq Hotel sets the standard for luxury accommodation. From the minute we arrived to our departure we were treated like royalty. Every request was accommodated. Mini bar and snacks were a lovely surprise. Breakfast buffet was out of this world. Special thank you to the bell boy at breakfast entry. He is so fun and happy He made me a coffee to take on my outing which was much appreciated. Only suggestion would be a seating area at the main entrance as I sat on the water feature by accident thinking it was a seat. For which I do apologise. Thank you for having us. "
