"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was great, and the property itself was spacious with a large green area that made it feel relaxing. There was also ample parking, which was very convenient.
The receptionist was welcoming and friendly during check-in. The room was large, well-organized, and had plenty of power outlets. There was enough space for luggage, the beds were comfortable, and the hotel was very quiet, so I had a great night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and well maintained. There was a small amount of dust in the room, but it was manageable and didn't affect the overall stay.
Breakfast was simple but good, and I appreciated that the hotel provided two complimentary bottles of cold drinking water per person.
Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely consider staying here again."
"The hotel is beautiful and has some great amenities. The beds were comfortable and I had requested a bathtub and they completely accommodated me with that. The water was nice and hot. The hotel is very clean and the staff very friendly. You can walk to the shops and there were lots of places on the grounds to just chill and read a book if you want. Would totally stay here again."
"Great location. Inside was very clean. Outside- garbage cans could have been emptied (they were overflowing for two days). Parking lot had some garbage too. It wasn’t terrible. We would definitely go back! Our room was clean and comfortable. Staff was nice. Great location."
"Pretty decent hotel. Ok breakfast n pool /spa are nice. Elevator on our side was out of service. Bedroom lightbulb Out...A bandaid n leaves from outside were on poor area floor two days in a row. Appeared a bit short staffed"
The Falls Motel - 2 Mi to " Watkins Glen State Park, Seneca Lake " AND 4 Mi to Watkins Glen International Track " The Glen "
8/10 Good
"Parking can be a little tight if you have large vehicle. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was a couple different fruits and individually wrapped muffins with a couple types of drink options. Room was overall clean with a few spots that were overlooked or ignored. Water pressure is weak, but I have yet to find a motel/hotel that does have nice water pressure. The location is wonderful if you plan to visit Watki a Glen and/or Senica Lake."
"Room and bathroom was very clean. The hotel is showing its age but easy to see that they tried to improve things but the quality- eg paint job was poor. "
