"Tremendous charming little hotel, located in the heart of the old town, it delivered on everything I expected for the very reasonable price. Staff were very friendly and helpful, as were everyone in Cagliari! Breakfast was basic but enough for me, some toast and jam, croissants, good coffee and orange juice. Room was spacious enough and well equipped with a desk and wardrobe, space to put your bag etc. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was decent, low ceiling and needed some basic maintenance but more than adequate. "

"The decor and atmosphere is absolutely divine - the only downside was with the parking, which is really tricky to get to especially as you first arrive and want to drop off the luggage. The location is perfect for sightseeing and some of the rooms have a direct view on the gorgeous marina. Definitely a place to go back to! "

"Cosimo was an amazing, graceful and courteous host. The B&B rooms were modern, with a great shower, comfortable bed, good wifi, and most importantly, clean. As with most smaller B&B’s, it’s located in a mixed use building. It’s located in the Marina Area, which is busy with many restaurants, bars and pastry shops close by. The room was surprisingly quiet. The self serve breakfast is set up in the kitchen with plenty of bottled water, juice, yogurt, fresh fruit and coffee. There’s also a microwave oven. What more could you want ! The location is 5 minutes from the bus and train station."

"Convenient location near most of the tourist activities and Castello district. Rooms were clean and staff were great. Only complaint would be the lack of working facilities. A couple of plugs didn’t work and the AC was very temperamental. "

"Very close to all that old town Cagliari has to offer. Easily within walking distances. Were originally concerned about check-in, but found the directions and explanations to be perfect, and all went well. Breakfast was quite good. Room was clean. Andrea was very responsive by Whatsapp and email. It all went smoothly. One problem...not easily directly accessible by taxi, and some walking is involved to get to the room once out of the taxi, but it is not far...part of this caused by confusion of the drivers as to where you can be let off to enter the BB, or picked up, because it is along a pedestrian-only road. Staff was delightful. I would certainly stay here again. Great value for the money."

"Yes staff was welcoming. Room was clean and rooftop breakfast was wonderful. Just a very noisy street with people yelling in the middle of the night and garbage truck arrived at 3:45 am! Loud! Terrific location though "
