This is a new hotel with a huge parking lot so truckers can stay there overnight. The rooms were clean, although the bed linen was crumpled but I am guessing that was because they were a polyester blend and couldn’t be ironed. The blanket was some kind of light poly material, surprisingly warm. There was no way to change the room temperature, no matter what we did with the thermostat. The breakfast would have been surprisingly good, except the fact that it was only till 9 plus people who were not exactly hotel guests ate there. At 7:30 there was still plenty but by 8:30 they run even out of yogurt and when we asked a woman who worked there (only appeared after 8 anyway) to fill up the fridge she answered that she won’t because “you are not supposed to take it with you”, and that was at 8:30. Anybody could walk in through the back door and nobody checked whether you stayed there or not. The staff and what I suspect friends of them also ate breakfast among the guests. Hilton should really check up on management here.
