Took too long for hot water. Shower was almost cold. For price, water should have been hot. That was main complaint.

People staying in the hotel were exceptionally friendly as would conversate and greet you. The age range of most visitors was well above 50, and that was very pleasant. They also restrict noise after 10pm, awesome!!!

Room was large, staff was friendly and banquet breakfast. We stayed in the 1 bedroom Suite with 2 queens. It was clean but old, repairs and updates need to be completed on the room. For example, windows leaked and water damage behind curtains.

The king size bed was really good and the shampoo was good and the shower was good and the Jacuzzi was really good. It was convenient close to walk going to come back.

Jose checked us in and he was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. The room could use some updates but it was more than what we expected. The breakfast is great and staff is courteous. We had a wonderful stay for my husband and 2 teenagers and I.

My main complaints are that the room was cold and I could not get the heater to work. I had to double the quilt on the bed to be warm. Also, the ran the water for a long time in the bathroom trying to get it hot enough for a shower. It only got to lukewarm I ended up taking a sponge bath because it really was not warm enough to take a shower.
Also, the carpet in the hallway (at least on the 3rd floor) needs a really good cleaning or it should be replaced.
The bed was very comfortable. And it was nice that breakfast starts at 5 a.m. I was on a road trip and it is nice to get an early start and not miss breakfast.
