"Air conditioning didn’t work, I asked for a toothbrush ( which holiday inn advertised) and they didn’t have any nor did they have any amenities, fire alarm went off around 5 AM and woke my family up and scared my little ones, when I called the front desk to make sure it wasn’t anything serious no one answered Breakfast seemed to end before 9 am This surprised me because I usually have a great experience with holiday inn but not this time "

"Nice folks and they do keep it clean, but thats it. The rooms are bare. No desk lamps, just glaring overhead lights. No dresser, no phone. Not even fitted sheets - by morning you're probably going to be on the bare mattress. Key cards worked intermittently. Cheap, yes, and this place brings a whole new meaning to the term "you get get what you pay for. BTW, their "free breakfast is coffee, bagels, and instant oatmeal. "
