"The front desk staff Stephen, Alex, Karsyn, and Isaiah went above and beyond to make our stay an amazing one! Very accommodating and genuinely helpful with everything!! General staff were so friendly and went the extra mile to meet our needs. Looking forward to staying there again soon! Thank you all for making my family stay the best one yet!"

"The listing said that parking was NOT available at the property . I called to confirm and they told me that it is a private garage that is part of the building and costs $24/night . Luckily I called and asked . I had a rental car and needed parking . If I hadn’t callled , then I would have passed on the property because I needed parking . I literally reserved the property 30 minutes before I arrived . They send you a link that you have to complete . It’s like a check in type questionnaire . A bit annoying as they don’t seem to accept or honor the pre filled information from Expedia . I was very happy with the accommodations , friendly staff , price and location (chose location because I wanted to be fairly close to Chase field )"

"Facility was well maintained, the coffee was delicious and the young lady that maintained the breakfast area did a very good job keeping area clean, all the staff was very helpful. The only part I did not like about this location was that location has maybe 200 rooms with only about 20-22?? Parking spots. They did offer for me to park my vehicle in a garage that was about 200 feet from this location and they did say that security was there on location but I’m sorry I don’t trust anybody, I worried if my catalytic converter would be missing or if my vehicle would be stripped down or gone all together. I did see homeless people around building. Not sure if I could recommend this location only because of parking situation."
