"We chose the hotel for it's convenient location in the city of Orotina , where we were visiting relatives . The staff was good , perhaps a little inattentive on check out. The reception office was closed and I had to look around for someone to return my key. Be advice there's is a very noisy soccer academy right next door . We were alocated on room 11 , close to the academy . It can be an issue if you are trying to rest early evening ."

"We booked this hotel with high hopes. We got snacks and wine with our room (we don't drink) which was nice. We took the wine for family, because why not, it was free. When we arrived, we noticed a strong mildew odor right away. I ignored it for the most part. I understand that the climate could make this happen, even though the hotel we stayed in, in La Fortuna was free of any smells. "Hotel nuevo; en muy buenas condiciones. El personal también nuevo y en proceso de capacitación y con oportunidad de mejora. El paisajismo del hotel en crecimiento, por lo que falta privacidad. En nuestro caso rentamos una suite frente Mar, pero detrás teníamos una habitación muy ruidosa y todo el ruido se escuchaba. "

"My wife and I loved Clarita’s. The property is prestine and newly remodeled. The downstairs cafe/bar and sushi restaurant were excellent. The ocean views and sunsets were incredible either on the beach or the rooftop deck. It was truly a magical experience. Additionally, the rooms and bathrooms were roomy and super clean and the toilets! Japan style they were honestly a game changer.
