"This property is brand new and very clean however, for what they charged, the accommodations were very underwhelming. WARNING - advertised as a king bed and it was a queen which presented additional discomfort. It had one fitted sheet, no flat sheet and an undressed comforter. The bathroom had no hand towels and two very used towels with stains that were actually just in the bedroom closet. "We picked this hotel because it is extremely pet friendly, and within walking distance of the Mutter Museum, Independence Hall, and other attractions we wanted to see. What we didn't know, was simply how amazing this hotel is. Everything we needed and wanted was delivered to our room by a friendly staff. The hotel is clean, quiet, and well taken care of. The views of the city are amazing, and its a real treat to stumble across some of the 100 year old architecture. We are already planning our next visit to Philadelphia, and will stay at the Kimpton Hotel Palomar"

"have stayed here many times. I am a Marriott Bonvoy member with high status but sometimes I choose another site to book. The hotel is well appointed, the staff very friendly and helpful and the lounge has decent food. There's a small market and a pantry if you opt to pay for it. This is a big draw if you need to be in and out. The one thing I really take exception to is the cost to park. If people use the lot to store their car during travel then charging is appropriate. I think that $25 per day for guests staying is exhorbitant. ESPECIALLY, if you are a Bonvoy member. I will have to rethink staying there again, which is a shame because it really is a great hotel. I am in the area often to visit family and there are many choices. "

"This is a trendy hotel in the heart of Philly. Checkin was courteous and easy. Our room was small, but it worked fine for our overnight stay. Comfortable bed and good shower. Easy to walk to Philly attractions, plenty of food, bars, shopping nearby. Coffee shop in the foyer. We parked in the lot across the street ($50 for 24 hours). Would recommend for a short stay in Philly."
