"The place was under new ownership and they are redoing things so how it was depicted in the pictures and how it actually was were very different. We arrived and were given our room and immediately discovered the shower curtain rod to be completely torn out of the wall and ironically the room had been cleaned and the curtain was hanging off the door as if the room was ready but the actual broken part was not reported. We were given a different room and moved on. The next day we went down to breakfast and this actually ended up every day, but on the first day we were there 15 mins before it closed and staff had already cleaned out the waffle making supplies, had not replaced any of the sausage, and had only two scoops of eggs out. When asked for more a woman said we close at 9. That was aweful, and it was an everyday occurrence. We were down at 8:15 the next day with similar results. The workout facilities show that there are multiple pieces of equipment when you book online and they only have a treadmill. The posted close time is 11, they close at 9. The area is not one where you might want to get a walk in outdoors so this is extremely inconvenient. The lady who worked the afternoon to 10pm shift was really wonderful during our stay, but that is the best I can say. The room was clean, but staff did not come clean while it was occupied. I had to put trash and towels outside the room to get things out and then get replacements myself."
