"The hotel is old looking has room for improvement. The room was nice ,clean and comfortable. It was equipped with a microwave, refrigerator and flat screen TV. Bed was comfy although the refrigerator didn't work. There was no trash can in the room. The staff was very nice and friendly. Although when I checked in I was informed my room was on the 2nd floor and also there were no elevators. When asked to be moved to a first floor room the desk clerk could not find a room on the first floor although I found the hotel to be quite empty. I have stayed in better"

"the room was comfortable, except for the pillows, which I prefer to be more firm. The room temperature was OK. I asked for my room to be serviced and it was done very nicely. More room service options would be good. Food was excellent. Wine pours were a little on the light side."
