"Went for one night /stayed for two it was so nice. Very quiet beautiful hotel on side of mountain. Quiet, relaxing with wonderful small staff and very friendly owner who makes you feel welcome and will help and guide you with a smile (excellent English btw). Very nice upscale hotel. A highlight of my 2 weeks in Columbia. "

"The original booking was for Tierra Roja, but the hotel was in a bad section of town and down very muddy roads. The hotel manager sent us to another hotel they managed, but didn’t adjust the price until we noticed that it was listed for quite a bit less on hotels.com. They agreed to a partial refund and we thought everything was fine. We were the only ones staying there and the lady who took care of the hotel left early. Just before midnight someone tried to break into our room. We scared them...
