Very well located hotel in one of the best Barcelona neighborhoods. Amazing helpful staff. Very comfortable rooms. It’s my second stay in this hotel. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this property.

The team at this hotel is fenomenal and will go out of their way to make sure that you are comfortable. Location is ideal and the rooms are quite large, specially the suites that are newly renovated.

The property was nice but could use some renovations the room was a little run down but worked for what we needed. The staff was amazing-nice and attentive. The area had plenty of options for food and drinks and it was a good spot for grabbing a cab easily.

Nice hotel in great location

Friendly and professional staff all around. Very large rooms and cozy atmosphere. Location is nice, but a bit of walk to the subway metro. If you like walking, like me, then you’ll enjoy this hotel, which is 10-30min walk to every landmarks. Great coffee shops and restaurants within blocks.

Reception area nice, hotel well situated close to local amenities. Room in need of serious TLC. Very tired and run down, cracked bathroom sink, smelly drains, no plug for bath or sink. Paintwork tired, laminate flooring broken. No where to plug kettle in, had to sit in on the floor close to a power point, Tea and coffee spare and not replenished. Expensive hotel for what it is.

We had a water leak. Thec room wasnt made one day. Another day the cleaning lady forgot to leave toilet paper. The pillows and matresses were not great. There were 2 dangling cables in the balcony. Reading lights didnt work.

Extremely disappointed with the room/ hotel guest services. I have raised an issue with Expedia directly and am awaiting their response. Spoke to an Expedia representative via a phone call. I have a ticket number and the gentleman assured me that I would hear back from Expedia in the next 1-4 business days. I am awaiting that response.

Functional at best. Clean it was, but not awesome. Yes, I’m spoiled by staying at Hilton properties, but there was a disappointing level of disrepair to various areas of the room and the hotel as a whole. Just don’t expect world-class service or condition. Front desk wasn’t very welcoming. Got there after overseas flight at 10:30 and basically told our room would be ready at 2:00. Not “we’ll text you” or “we’ll try to have it done sooner. “ Just “come back at two.” Good for a short stay for 4 people.

First the good: very well located, nice property from the outside, lots of restaurants nearby, easy access to transportation, huge rooms. The downside: the hotel is not a 4-star, it’s a 3-star with a need for maintenance. There are 3 bars on the property facing the street where the party goes on until the early hours every day. Avoid getting a room on the lower floors since all rooms face the street as the noise is loud; additionally, the soundproofing of the windows is not good, not to mention the noise from adjacent rooms. I could hear the arguments of the couple in the neighboring room every day, and when they used the bathroom too, if you know what I mean… Regarding breakfast, I stayed for 4 nights, and two of them had no juices, and the bread was from the previous day, so I recommend not prepaying for breakfast; get a better breakfast elsewhere. The beds were very uncomfortable, of cheap quality; the springs didn’t let me sleep well. I will not return.

The Guitart Grand Passage feels like an old hotel in need of a refurbish. On the plus side the staff was friendly, the location was good and the AC worked very well during our summer stay. But the beds only had sheets--no blanket or duvet, and when we requested a pillow for a rollaway bed, we were told that there were no extra pillows on the property. There was a stain on the sheet, the bathrooms need updating and the room could have been cleaner.

Staff was really helpful and nice, bugs everywhere. MASSIVE COCKROACH. Scared the life outta my daughter. Says it’s the biggest one she’s ever seen in her entire life. Random socks on the coffee table. Wasn’t ours. Random black stains in the bathtub. Blanket didn’t have a cover… never seen before. But I appreciate the staff for solving this issue.
