The room was good, but cleanliness could be improved. The rooms facing the street were noisy and the soundproofing was poor. As a seasoned traveler, this did not bother me. The breakfast was adequate. The hotel's location is excellent.

Great staff and location had lots of walkable restaurants. Room is very small we couldn't both open our luggage at the same time no room to walk around. Probably the smallest room I have ever stayed in.

The staff were very friendly and helpful in both English and Spanish. Very walkable to many attractions, restaurants and cafes. We averaged 20 - 30,000 steps for the 4 days that we visited and toured. Close to public transit as well. I bus to and from the airport.

I liked the area where the property is located which has great cafes and restaurants so there is plenty of choice. The metro is vlose by so getting around is very easy and some of the major attractions are walkable. We felt safe in the area. The only downside is there is alot of noise which can be heard from other guests in the nearby rooms and outside the hotel so if you are noise sensitive then factor this in. This didnt affect us much but its worth pointing out. I also think it will be good if the hotel provided water refill station as water is not provided in the rooms. All in all it was a pleasant stay and i would stay again.
