Good hotel

Good basic hotel, nice staff, clean, fullfil exactly what I was expecting, the only minus it's the fitness which is not properly in the hotel and which is open only from 8AM to 8PM.

Séjour convenable mais pas digne d’un 4 étoiles. Bon accueil, mais dès que vous arrivez dans le couloir des chambres,de fortes odeurs de cigarettes vous accueillent. La chambre est simple mais confortable, bien que les oreillers soient de qualité médiocre.La cafetière a été enlevée… le COVID est une belle excuse pour leur permettre de récupérer de l’argent sur le dos des clients… Bar et restaurant fermé car soit-disant c’était férié… Le petit-déjeuner ouvrait à8heures. Jamais vu ça dans un hôtel! Quant à la piscine, elle est laissée à l’abandon.nous ne l’avons pas utilisée tellement elle était sale . Les extérieurs n’avaient pas été faits depuis longtemps. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel .

Es un hotel extraño. Claramente no es un 4*. La ubicacion es un poco rara. Solo se puede acceder con coche y no hay servicios alrededor de ningún tipo (ni restaurante, ni cafetería, ni supermercados). El hotel tampoco proveia de estos servicios. Un poco inhóspito. Las habitaciones tampoco estaban cuidadas, aunque si limpias. Estuvimos alojados solo una noche y fue correcto. Por contrapartida, las áreas comunes están muy bien. Y el personal es amable. Hay alcohol en gel por todas partes! Bravo por eso! Nuestra reserva decia Junior suite con terraza, pero no habia ninguna terraza. Como la estancia era corta, decidimos no reclamar. Al final fue un error, porque el apartamento nos resultó pequeño e insuficiente para 4 personas.. Y solo contaba con 3 sillas. La piscina correcta, aunque se utiliza con cita previa y reserva por tiempo limitado.

Does not deserve a four stars

One night in this hotel. The room is clean but a lot of items are missing in the room: no place to fix the towels in the bathroom, no possibility ho prepare tea nor coffee. The room is rather noisy with the sound of flowing water. The worth was the service in the restaurant used for both dinner and breakfast. The waiter & waitress where not attentive at all, the quality for the diner was very low, the breakfast without any fresh juice (no fresh orange juice in Spain, a pity). Poor product quality.

El hotel bien, normal, pero me parece extraño un 4 estrellas sin un restaurante decente, sólo una cafetería con un menú pobre. Y como estás lejos de otro sitio, estás obligado a cenar alli....no me gustó mada ese tema

Nice hotel but very hot

We stayed here Friday through Sunday nights. The hotel is in a business park fairly remote from anything else. The hotel undoubtedly serves people on business trips. The days we were there, there were very few guests, with only 10 cars in the parking lot. Because of this, it was extremely quiet at night. There is a restaurant adjacent to the hotel, but we didn't eat at there. The seasonal pool was closed during our visit. It was nice to have a refrigerator and microwave in our room. The front desk staff was very helpful, and the hotel and our room were kept very clean. Even in January, the room was very hot. The air conditioning was not functioning, probably because the hotel turns it off in the winter. We were fortunate because we opened the window and were able to let cool air into the room. Another reviewer mentioned how hot it was in the summer. Because if this problem alone, we would only return to the hotel during the cooler months of the year.

Første nat boede vi på et værelse, hvor vi ikke kunne kigge ud. Allerede ved indtjekning bad vi om et andet værelse. Men det kunne vi ikke få. Spurgte receptionisten om det var fordi vi havde booket igennem hotels og et billigt værelse, at vi blev placeret hvor hun gjorde. Så sagde hun nej. Men det var det enste ledige. Hvilket ikke passede da flere chekede ind efter os. Hun virkede træt af hendes job. Dagen efter fik vi hjælp af en rigtig sød kvinde som hjalp os så vi kunne få et andet værelse. Hun var SÅ hjælpsom og sød. Hun gjorde opholdet noget værd igen. Super hjælpsom med alt!
