"This was truly a delightful experience! We were in town for one night for an important appointment the next day, we were tired, stressed and just needed to relax. The room was beautiful with a Zen spa atmosphere (and a jacuzzi hot tub in the room that filled up from a waterfall faucet flowing from the ceiling that you had to see to believe!) but it was the outstanding staff that made this stay amazing. From the man that I spoke with when I booked the room to the man at the front desk and the young man that was the valet that parked our car we experienced exemplary service above and beyond! "Staff are wonderful. Overall clean. Cozy fireplace in lobby. Spacious room with comfortable beds. Good-size bathroom with nice shower and water pressure. 24-hr pool & hot tub. Standard breakfast. Even though by highway and airport, noise was not an issue. Well-stocked lobby "pantry." "
