"The hotel staff here are a true pleasure. Outstanding, beautiful, and will go that extra mile just to make your stay memorable. The hotel room we stayed in was massive, the balcony as big as most houses have for bbq area, and the view!!! Wowza Cleaning staff are amazing, overall it was perfect. The decor of rooms However is a bit dated, the wood is older and less modern. Only reason it didn't get max stars. Thank you Lebua!! We will be back:)"

"Great corner room very spacious.The location right next to terminal 21 and Right next to bts . Great access to anything you need nearby. Only downside is excess road noise even on the 17th floor. Double glazing would be great. Check in was so quick Jane looked after us even managed an earlier check in. Guitar was also great booking our transport and assisting with a few other bits n pieces. Comfortable bed. Looking forward to our next visit!"
