Nice staff.

This hotel is centrally located in the heart of Silom. A few steps away from everything. Very close to the BTS and MRT station. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The laundry service is so efficient and quick and affordable. They serve breakfast too.

พนักงานน่ารัก ติดถนนใหญ่ เดินทางง่าย I love it.

This is my first hostel and so impressed to me. The staffs are so nice. They can tell you about traveling. Old building but new renovation. Actually there is not newest or cheapest. Hostel smells a bit stingy but OK. Only 5 minutes to MRT Saladeang(nearest) and BTS Samyan โฮสเทลแรกที่เข้าพัก ประทับใจในพนักงาน น่ารักให้ข้อมูลต่างๆได้ดีมาก ตึกเป็นห้องแถวด้านบนมารีโนเวท ไม่ได้ใหม่มาก มีกลิ่นอับบ้างแต่โอเค เดินใกล้mrtศาลาแดง ตรงไปถึงเลย หรือ bts สามย่าน ออกไปทานอาหารง่าย หรือ ไปจุฬาก็ง่ายมาก

換了新的經營者，很想建議老闆你做的比以前的好也用心，不過很多東西用不到了就丟吧！門面很重要一進lobby給客人雜亂的感覺是不好的。

The room was not ready when I arrived there at 8pm. They told me to wait 30 minutes, but I told them give me whatever room they had whether smaller or bigger. Staff was kind at least. Gave me two bottles of water for the compensation(?).

カオサンロードまで直ぐで便利が良い

朝食がついていて、最高と言うわけではないが申し分なくいただけました。 フロントの人もフレンドリーでとても親しみやすかったです。 喫煙場所がフロントの外しかなかったのがちょっと辛かったです。

A peine arrivé, on me propose une chambre d'une classe inférieur, sans air conditionné, sale, sans fenêtre. Les prix étaient affichés, et je me suis rendu compte de l'arnaque, je suis parti. J'ai signalé le problème à Hotel.com, leur réponse à été de les appeler, et plus de nouvelles malgré un mail leur signalant le prix d'un appel depuis la Thaïlande. Bref, hôtel à éviter absolument, et j'espère ne pas avoir à payer malgré tout cette chambre que je n'ai pas occupée.

C'est vieux et ça sens mauvais dans les chambres. Le coffre de sûreté ne marche pas. Le personnel ne veux pas vous aider. Le petit déjeuner eat froid et pas bon. C'est pas trop chers mais ça vos pas chers

Dirty hotel

We didn't get our room at the check in time, had to wait. Room was very dirty, mold on the shower curtain, trash left in the room, stains all over the place. We did not feel comfortable in the room, at all. Only good thing was the location - the breakfast was not good.

Hotel comodo para la primer noche

Hotel cómodo para llegar desde el aeropuerto. Ideal solo para eso, luego la zona no tenía demasiadas ventajas. Eso sí la gente a cargo sumamente amable y dispuesta a ayudarte. El desayuno estaba bien.

シーロムの中心部に近く価格も安いが、最悪でした。

シーロムの中心部に近く価格も安いので、このホテルにしましたが、室内に冷蔵庫が無く、エアコンのリモコの電池切れで、コントロールができず、又部屋の掃除をしていない日が４泊の内２泊あり、最終日は念押しして、清掃する様に言っても、していなかった。シャワーも温度コントロールができず、ぬるい温度のままで、困りました。もうこのホテルには泊まりません。

There were three single beds in the room side by side no room in between, I was told there would be other people staying in the room as they arrive. so I could not lock the door from inside. I was moved twice while there for 5 nights. no one cleaned the room during my stay. It was very comfortable and got good nights sleep while there. for the price you can not beat it.

Hotel calme malgré l'environnement

Personnel super gentil, chambre propre, la patronne est d'une gentillesse avec ses clients, elle nous guidée sur les choses a voir, pour nous trouvée le taxi et elle a bien vérifier pour nous que le compteur était a 0, car beaucoup d'arnaque avec les taxis en Thaïlande. Petit déjeuner simple mais correct.

The rooms here were reasonably priced for someone on a budget. The staff was very nice, though only a couple of them that I met in my 3 nights there spoke any English at all. That's not a criticism of them, just a note for travelers. It made it difficult to deal with problems with the room, and the Google Translation app only helped so much. In my first room there, I noticed that the temperature dial on the hot water heater in the shower was stuck in the full hot setting. Even so, there was no hot water at all. After awhile, I had no water at all from the sink or shower. The staff fixed that, but at my request I was moved to another room, supposedly to get me hot or even warm water in the shower. The water temperature valve in the second room was also stuck in the full hot position, something I later found out was intentional. Apparently their maintenance people glued the temperature valves in the full hot position. For me it didn't help, as the water was never warmer than "cool." I found some bugs in the room, and despite squishing all I could, I ended up with bites on my legs. The free breakfast was mediocre at best, with the entrees cool. The burners under the food trays were never on, so the food didn't stay warm.
