The service was amazing at the hotel! And the people at the front desk were so kind and always willing to help! The rooms were very clean and the air conditioning worked wonders! Would recommend!

The location made it a little tricky to get around town. The staff was great. There was quite a bit of construction going on in and around the hotel but it became quiet around 9pm. The shower did not drain well.

The property is basically a hostel. The Hostel is in a very secluded area you are not going to see anything pretty. The only reason I stayed it was cheap and close everything.

エクスペリアのホテル案内内容は実際と違和感がかなりある。 行ってみてナニ・・・と思った。 中はとりあえず問題ないレベルだが・・・ドアーがすだれ仕様なので 話し声がやかましく、隣接の冷房が部屋に侵入し寝るとき寒かった。 （ハウスキーピング、ボトルウオーターは５泊中2日のみ。）

Neighbours had sexy time

Room has paper thin walls and doors. Common bathroom was alright, with powerful hairdryer. Beds were rock hard, but bearable. Frontdesk staff knows basic english, but had no idea where some prominent sites are (e.g. Ratchada Rot Fai Night Market). Close to Platinum Mall, Talad Neon Night Market and some Massage Shops. At 4:30am, a couple checked in and had hot sex. The lady moaned so loudly for 20mins, and woke the surrounding neighbours (us and another room). Our other neighbour banged on the wall to shush them, while i got the frontdesk staff. They then toned down, but they still carried on quietly. Walls and doors are so thin that i could hear the sound of lubrication and natural juices during their sexy time. I hope a policy change could be in place to manage such guests. Silent hours should be silent hours!

Close to Pratunam Fashion Mall with budget stay. This is my 1st time stay in a budget hotel with shared bathroom. Very clean room & clean bathroom.

I paid 35$ for this room and it was an absolute mess, no windows in the room that i felt I'm in jail. Also no help from reception desk i asked them tlto take me a taxi and they said they couldn't do it and i should go in the street and take a taxi. I was so unhappy with the room and service that i checked out at 9pm and booked another hotel for that night. Totally not recommended.

About the best budget accommodation in Bangkok. The room suited us well, we had the 4 person private bathroom suite. Chose the place for the price, but were blown away by the incredible service from the staff. Only stayed one night, but could have stayed a week.

Dont trust the pictures you see!

Do not trust the pictures you see. As soon as we walked in, the staff was not welcoming. He did not even care to check us in. He did not budge for even an earlier check-in. The private rooms were not private. It was a den with a bamboo door. The room was inside a room of two other private rooms. That meant, we did not go to sleep until midnight because we could here other people talking, playing music, slamming the main door, and talking in the hallway in the common area. The door was not even a real door because it was made out of bamboo materials that you can just slide open. The room was dark and dingy, very depressing. Not bright as their picture shows. The bathroom? Nasty and horrible. Mosquitoes around, pubic hair on the shower floor, no hanging space for your toiletries, and blood spots from when other people spit in the sink. There was no continuous cleaning maintenance for a shared bathroom. I would not recommend. Better price and quality you can get elsewhere. There are plenty of other hotels that are cheaper, good quality, rooms with REAL doors, privacy, and private bathrooms.
