Nice and clean hotel

The hotel is located on a street with little traffic and no disturbing noise from pubs or clubs. It's less than 5 minutes walking to soi 11 that offers several restaurants, pubs and also a few clubs. The hotel also offer free tuk tuk service to BTS station Nana and Asok.I've stayed on this several times before and will most likely do so also in future.

性價比很高的酒店

整體不錯，性價比也很高！唯一不足的是酒店離BTS有點遠，需要步行十五分鐘才到，只能依靠酒店提供的免費tuktuk服務。 另外，房間很大，有五百多呎，但房間有一些燈制出現故障，無法開關。 職員服務很貼心，大堂往往有職員幫忙開門，笑容滿面。

Terrible noisy construction site

Whilst the room was ok there was constant drilling, hammering and other building constructing going on all day. No mention of this construction when I booked. No discount or refund for inconvenience just a promise I could rent one of the new rooms when they are finished. Wow really poor customer service

Nice people service but ridiculous wifi service

The doorman Cha is friendly and helpful. But I have a really bad experience for wifi service, it's totally tragic. The test result is 4~15 Mbps. I may not stay here again unless the wifi service gets better.

My Bkk Home

My stay at your Hotel is always top notch. Ive told many that its my place of choice while in Bkk. There are 1000s of hotel in area but none will ever take the place in In Residence/Radisson. Staff is unmatchable.. ( Ms Little, T. Sakkate and Ms Rain at front lobby are all like family)

駅から少し離れているが便利です

チェックイン時にアップグレードしてもらいリビング付きの部屋で、快適に過ごさせて貰いました。ナナ駅アソーク駅からも歩けますが、少し距離はあります。しかしホテルの車で無料で駅まで送迎してもらえるので問題ありません。南に徒歩3分の所にランドリーもあるので洗濯にも困らないです。

Great Stay in BKK

We had three nights at this hotel. It was in a great location - down the street from Art Box (Hip Night Market) and was close to transit. Didn't make use of all of the amenities but what was offered was great. (Pool, spa, shuttles to near by locations / pickups) The bed was very comfy! Would stay here again next time we are in BKK for sure.

酒店房間的空間寬敞，適合一家人入住，但房間的整潔程度不足，而且設施比較老舊，所以整體來說還可以吧。建議浴室加設浴室拖鞋，因為赤腳站在淋浴間，地上的防滑墊非常刺腳。

客室は広いですが、古さはあります。 ステイ清掃は夕方16時頃に来ました。 到着した日にナナ駅までの送迎サービスをお願いすると50分待たされたので自分で歩いて駅まで行った方が早かった。待ち時間言って欲しかったです。 騒音はなく静かでした。

First meal upon arrival at hotel, we found a small cockroach in our salat. Meals and drinks were not changed. First room they assigned, the air in the room was damp.? Signed of dammage by water or himidiy in the room was evident. Gyps wall were smollen, gyps redone around central air conditioning vent, grey srains on white paint showing signs of moldong. The air was damp in the room to a point that even the bed covers and sheets were damp. We requested immediately to get another room, which the hotel management agreed to. The second room was in better condition. The air was less damp and there was no sign of humidity damage on the walls or on the paint.

We never had Wifi in the room. I could not have a conference, and I had to pay extra for network. But overall the location and cleanliness was good for the price.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, das Frühstück ist absolut super,vielfältig.Eier in allen Variationen frisch zubereitet, leckerer Kaffee. Das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr gut! Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und groß. Leider etwas verwohnt. Es roch etwas merkwürdig. Sauberkeit war okay, einzig die Spiegel und die Fliesen im Bad waren nicht so gut geputzt. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Shuttle Service zu den nächsten skytrain und Metro Stationen

スクンビットロードから少し中に入った所なので静かです。nana駅からも歩いて10分ほどなので近いです。ホテル内は、欧米の方が多いので凄く静かで快適です。

Worth the stay!

Went with my 21mth old girl! Staffs were very helpful. The hotel has shuttle service to nearby places like Nana station and Terminal 21. Great service!

Best value for money

Hotel location is near terminal 21 and nana bts station with convenient shuttle cart. Furniture is dated. Shower isn’t too good of experience because the water leaks out where you’ll need towels to absorb water from outside the shower door. It is very spacious suite with complete kitchen, rest area. The swimming pool, jacuzzi and gym area upstairs is great. Great for couples on a relaxing weekend getaway. Consider the price, location and service. It’s still very very good value for money. I would do it again.
