Nice staff, clean and good facilities

All facilities was excellent, cleanliness is the most happened here. Good wifi nice staff at lobby. Honestly if you are asian, local guests won't talk with u much, except u re western or white skin people. Not recomend for solo asian stay here

I love its location, friendly staff and clean room plus toilets .The convience of getting good local food n shopping around the area.Walking back from DJ station every night with ease without having to take tuktuk .The 7eleven stores near by provide 247 convenience too.

Value for money

Staffs are friendly and ready for help. Local is about 8mins walk from Silom MRT or Sala Daeng BTS station. There are convenient stores, pharmacy and amenities nearby. Toilet can be cleaned. Overall experience was great and price worthy.

朝食改悪　蚊が出る　お湯が出ない

朝食は以前の投稿でビュッフェスタイルとのことでこのホステル予約したのだが、とんでもない、改悪状態であった。目玉焼き1個、食パン2枚、ソーセージ2個、ハム2枚、飲み物はコーヒーか水。または、パンの所が焼き飯しに変更可。バスタオル付き。無料の給水機あり。瓶に入ったお菓子は無料。一つの階にトイレ２つシャワー室は3つ。石鹸とシャンプーの備え付けはあり。お湯が出なかった。タイ式ウォシュレット有り。建物は2階がレセプション。エレベーターは無し階段で上がる。共有スペースは2階。使用した皿は自分で洗うスタイル。共用の冷蔵庫があり名前を書くこと。一番安いドミトリーは4階。部屋での飲食は禁止。水だけはいいのか。男子用トイレシャワーは5階。たばこは1階の外で可。ドミトリーはカーテンが無し。夜10時には部屋が暗くなる。部屋はエアコンはあるが暑い。階段と廊下は外と繋がっていて壁がなくドアから蚊が入って来るし実際に刺された。蚊が嫌な人は止めるべきである。ホテルズドットコムの地図の位置は間違っていて大きな通りの反対側を100ｍくらい入ったところである。soi10だったかな? 韓国人御用達か　ドミトリーにはアジア系と黒人の方だけ　ファランはいなかった

Very good hostel. Staff is very friendly and the rooms are nice. We had a room for two persons. It is small but it has everything you need. Just perfect for the price you pay. Great location also.

我來這裡住許多次了,這次的早餐要事先點好,可是隔天早上我要吃的時候,櫃台人員並沒有準備.因為check in 時,他們還特別交代要先訂,最後我並沒有吃到已訂的早餐,而是吃桌上已經做好但是冷掉的,覺得很奇怪. 第二天我要吃的時候他們說:就是桌上已準備好的了! 可是隨後來了一個歐美的家庭成員四個,她們一來,櫃台人員馬上幫她們準備熱騰騰的早餐...當時有點納悶,我住的還是比較貴的房型,竟有如此不同的待遇.為什麼?

記得問清楚是否包早餐

訂的時候明明在電郵上列明免費早餐，checkin 後第二天早上去吃早餐時竟然說我訂的房間不包括早餐。我把電郵展示給前枱的員工，他才說hotel.com 有問題，今天算數就我早餐吧，感覺就好像是施捨給我一樣。其他住客也看著我，令我覺得很尷尬，好像是自己耍流氓要吃一個免費早餐似的。感覺很難受。第二天都不敢再去吃。一直到checkout 前枱也沒有再confirm 過我的預訂有否包早餐。 checkout 時再問一次另一位員工還是說沒有早餐。感覺根本沒有幫我跟進過，又不是我的問題，連道歉也沒有，極度失望。下次不會再住了。

有家的感覺

因為是深夜入住，比較难找，待第二天白天外出，發現位置極佳。另外房間清洁，舒服。服務員十分熱情好客，這里有家的感覺，下次有机會再入住。

โรงแรมหาง่าย การเดินทางสะดวกสบาย พนักงานบริการดี อุปกรณ์ในห้องน้ำมีคุณภาพ ฝักบัวเป็นแบบ rain shower แต่ห้องอาบน้ำค่อนข้างแคบ ส่วนที่ชอบที่สุดคือ เตียงนอน หลับได้สบายมาก ไม่อยากตื่นเลยค่ะ โดยรวมแล้ว ถ้ามีธุระย่านนี้ ก็จะกลับไปพักอีกค่ะ

Clean hostel near public transportation.

We had a nice stay at HQ hostel and the lady at reception was super helpful. The double room was relatively comfortable but small which was expected. Pictures represent the room well. Unlimited water is free at the hostel. Breakfast is light but enough. Public transportion is really close and buses go to the main touristic areas for really cheap.

Nice staff, great locaion, clean room!

I stayed this hostel for 2 nights,27JUN-29JUN. This is located near the Silom station, so easy to access many restaurants, shops and also nightlife spots. The room is very stylish and they clean the room every day and give us new towels even though it is reasonable price. The best thing is staff are great here. They speak fluent English. I am not good at speaking English, but they speak to me slowly with smiles. They always take care of us, which makes the atmosphere great in this hostel. In addtion, at the last day I checked out and went out with my baggage left in the hostel. When I came back to the hostel to pick up my baggege at night, they asked me if I wanted to take shower. So kind!! I also could borrowed the towel for free. Thanks to them, I could go back to my country comfortably. Definitely I will come back to HQ hostel and I really recommend this to you!

Cozy hostel, great location

Had an amazing stay at this homey and cozy hostel. We stayed at a double private room, room is small however is stylist with everything you'll need. Although our room have a problem with the shower not functioning very well, but we are okay with that. Water cooler/ hot water/ coffee are available all time at the 1st floor shared area and at the 5th floor common area. Location is great as it is easily access to the nearest station,malls and street market. The only problem we had is the wifi, we couldn't connect to the wifi at all throughout our stay. Luckily we bought sim data our own, so we never bother to feedback to the staff.

清潔なホテルでした。駅へのアクセスもよく、綺麗なドミトリールームでした。トイレも清潔だし、シャワーもお湯は問題なく出ました。（少し調整が難しいかも）

Prefect location

Good location as you can reach BTS within 6min, MRT within 12 min and 7-11 within 3min. There is a morning fresh market opposite hostel (weekdays) and many stalls at the night so there is no chance for you to stay hungry! Besides, the room and shared toilet is very clean. Good services provided by the staffs too! Strongly recommended!
