Complain quick and get room you paid for

I booked this based on pictures and rating. A nice good looking family room, a bit expensive. I thought it would live up to this. In reality we got checked in and headed for room. They gave us one of the oldest worst maintenaned room possible. I got down to the reception and complained. They showed us another much better room that we accepted without any extra costs. I do not even understand why they give customers the worst possible room, when they have better renovated same type of room available.

Ignore the negative rating. My stay here was pleasant, just that in that day the city or province had a sewage problem that made the surrounding area of the hotel smelled like sewage. Dont let this change your mind. Throughout my atay here was very amazing. I would book this hotel again when im coming back to thailand as it is nearby the 4 shopping malls

It was a decent hotel for a budget travel. Abit disappointed upon check in coz they happend to forget about giving me a room after several guests already got theirs though they arrived later than me. Kinda disorganize there.

Fine/Good. The room was quiet and clean, and the bathroom was clean but quite dated. Only 1 pillow per person on the bed. Staff were friendly and it was reasonably priced.

I’ve stayed here many times over the past few decades. It’s fantastic Silom location and friendly staff have always brought me back. BUT this time I was shocked by the lack of repair in my first room - ac not working and mould on bath area. The manager made good with a replacement room… but guys… you’ve got to keep up standards. I hope you do.
