Which was comfortable and quiet

I was just there overnight, and it was comfortable enough – the code for the Wi-Fi was not correct on the piece of paper provided, and it was difficult to work out how to get the television to work – the staff came immediately and resolved the problems

Would like to give a five stars review for the convenient of location accessible to Nana BTS. Down part is facilities bad maintained especially aircon, keep giving noise at night, room also poorly lit very dim. Lesser local Thai food mostly catered to Middle Eastern countries. Will stay here again for the convenience.

It was ok. My regular options weren’t available so I booked this place last minute. It looks better in pics than in person. It’s pretty old and a little run down which is fine, if it were 25% cheaper. The location is pretty good and it’s right near Nana BTS so that’s helpful. But there’s so many hotels in this area, I probably wouldn’t bother with this one unless the price is really right. For a quick 2 night stay, it was ok but I wouldn’t have wanted to stay any longer than that. Very firm bed if that’s to your liking.

I had no choice but this hotel because of CNY rush. Only this hotel left because no one probably wanted it. Very worn down hotel, hot and humid lobby, reception in a shopping center. I literally saw crawling cockroaches in bathroom, called reception, they didn't seem surprised nor wanted to do anything, when I shouted, they brought in a spray. Good thing is staff at reception is friendly overall.

I've stayed at this hotel many times over the last 20 years and was always satisfied with my stays until this time. They have remodeled the hotel and it is very nice but.....the neighborhood has changed dramatically. Just outside the hotel you will find the street filled with just Arabs, Indians and Blacks.. I didn't feel safe in that area at nighttime. The staff at the hotel were great. I feel sorry for the hotel. I'm sure it will lose a lot of it's old clientele.
