The location is ideal it is very convenient to the nightlife and tourist areas. The staff is very helpful and always looking to ensure that the guests are happy and having a good time there’s no other hotel. I will stay when in Bangkok. It is number one on my list and my list is the only list that really counts. You will not be disappointed with your day at the Bel-Air Hotel and the front desk manager is very, very helpful in finding attractions and things to do as well as making it very convenient to get to the airport or anywhere actually that you would want to go so please give your yourself a pleasure of a lifetime while staying in Bangkok. The entire staff is very helpful and have gone well above expectations. They are what is exceptional and unique to the Belaire. There is no other place I will stay while in Bangkok

Staff was friendly and area decently clean. Pool is ok, and the breakfast buffet is good. Overall, Very average, well located in the nana district and close to BTS skytrain. There was a sewage smell around the hotel, not sure what the problem was.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and attentive, and they took great care of the guests at all times. The breakfast was quite good. Unfortunately, there were more negative aspects than positive ones. There was a very strong sewage smell in the hotel lobby and in the breakfast area. We had to complain about our room twice, as the rooms smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. In the end, we were given a room upgrade, which was appreciated and did help somewhat. The rooms were very worn and outdated, although the beds and pillows were comfortable enough. Overall, the value for money did not quite meet expectations. A big plus goes to the staff 👍

Great access to the BTS, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. It is in the vicinity of Nana Plaza so if you are fine with that I think it’s a great hotel.
