"We had a really lovely time here. It did feel like a 4 star rather than 5. The spa and treatments were fabulous. The beach is just stunning and the hotel spotlessly clean. Waiting staff were always polite, helpful and attentive. Sunbeds were available and the pool was lovely. Breakfast was adequate with a variety of breads & pastries, fresh cooked eggs good but accompanying hot foods and fruit selection were disappointing compared to other 5 stars we have stayed in. Our room was very spacious and comfortable / a little shaded due to trees outside our balcony but this was not a problem for us. "

"The pool was amazing, and huge! The rooms are so big, and clean with a lovely view of the pool and a beautiful bathroom. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. It was a bit of a hike to get to my room each day, but the hotel are happy to take you in a buggy. Also it's quite a hike to the shops but they offer a shuttle or you can rent a push bike. The beach is within 20 meters of the hotel which was amazing."

"From we arrived you could the quality of The Sands, it's beautifully laid out with manicured lawns, water features and a large fish pond. We had a swim up room which was large, clean and very comfortable, the only downside of the room was that the terrace was in the shade for the majority of the day, if you want one of these rooms request one that has sun most of the day. The site is almost split in two with quieter side that had an adult only pool and family pool with bar, then the other side has a mini water park for the kids with a number slides, fun water play and a lazy river. At breakfast there's a great choice catering to all nationalities and tastes, we didn't eat at the hotel at night but speaking to people who had it sounded very good. The staff are fantastic, always polite and friendly, nothing is to much trouble. Whether you want a family holiday, with plenty to entertain the kids, or a restful time from work or touring Thailand then The Sands is a great choice "

"This hotel is a very nice resort hotel. Very big! You must know you will walk a whole lot in the hotel. I had a twisted ankle and had to use their free shuttle service a lot so that’s a huge plus. The food is great and staff is too. Would recommend to anyone that wants that resort vacation you won’t have to leave your hotel much from. Also Phang Na is a very calm town. If you’re looking to escape the crowds definitely book this hotel. "

"Estella resort is a nice resort. The beach was nice, the room was nice (pool access), the pools were nice too. There’s many pictures options by the beach. They have tables, swings, and hammocks for guest to use. You can walk to other resort restaurants and the beach is clean. The only thing is sooooo many mosquitoes. Be prepared to get bit even with mosquitoes repellent. "
