"Staff tried charging an extra fee at check out which wasn’t stated in policy for towel use. 250 baht for airport shuttle. Room was clean and spacious with comfy beds. Overall staffing was nice but I did not appreciate the problems they tried giving us at checkout. "

"The room smell bad and when I ask for new towel they ask me to pay 100 baht each. And some of the front desk employees is rude. Also we ask for transfer and they told me we need to pay 850 baht per person."
