"Great hotel! We loved our room with the outdoor hot tub, although I think the hot tub could have been a bit cleaner. It looked clean at first but after we got out there was some stuff that came out from the jets. Nothing crazy though. Other than that, the room was clean and very nice!! Great views of Bangkok. The pool was amazing! Pool bar drinks were ok but the food was very good. Overall, I would stay here again."

"Despite my short stay, my overall experience at Carlton Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit has been very pleasant. All staff (front desk, bell staff, housekeeping, F&B) I have interacted with had been very approachable and helpful. Rooms seem to be either newly renovated and/or very well maintained. One of the downside is the water pressure of the rain-shower. It was quite low that I ended just using the handheld showerhead. I'd still recommend staying at this hotel. Very convenient spot. EmSphere and Terminal 21 only a few minutes (approx. 5-10 mins) walk from the hotel. Another plus point for me, is the hotel's spacious driveway. Guests are not rushed to get into/out of car as there's a proper designated area for cars to unload/load passengers."

"The Berkeley is perfectly located if you're in Bangkok for shopping. It is within walking distance to Platinum fashion Mall, Central World , Big C , etc & there is a lively night market outside. The evening entertainment in the downstairs restaurant is wonderful & affords one the opportunity to just relax after a heavy day of retail therapy / business. Breakfast is just okay. There are no fish options for halaal clients. It would be standard to have smoked salmon in Bangkok, but not at The Berkeley unfortunately. This has been my 4th stay at this property since August 2024, yet I have never been given anything complementary like an upgrade, a cocktail drink or chocolates in my room, for example. Staff are lovely in the restaurants & also in housekeeping, but management has to try and personalise stays for returning clients."
