The Bell service was not available The cable tv had very very poor signal The passage ceiling were leaking and had big patches of algae and fungi The breakfast was just an eyewash

Good for only if you want to sleep over the night

Not a good stay The bell service almost not available The cable tv signal so week one would loose eyesight The breakfast is ordered from street and placed for all on the terrace The passage ceiling you could see a lot of black fungi patches Some of the room lights have to be got changed as not working The bathroom accessories have been fitted without common sense or logic

カラオケと同じビルなので、何かと便利です。部屋も新しくて清潔です。バスタブはありません。 早朝ゴルフだったので、朝食食べれず、弁当を用意してくれると言ってましたが、朝チェックアウト時に 間に合わず用意されてませんでした。

Datang pkl. 12.30, tapi karena check in hanya bisa setelah pkl. 14.00 jadi kami menunggu di lobby. Pkl. 13.30 coba minta early check in, tapi belum bisa. Padahal ada tamu lain yg bisa check in, tapi ya gak apa2 lah karena memang seharusnya pkl. 14.00 Pkl.14.05 kembali ke meja resepsionis, mereka bilang belum siap dan saya diminta menunggu 30 menit lagi. Saya gak mau dan bertahan menuntut hak untuk segera masuk. Terdengar pembicaraan via handy talky 'lagian gak bilang kalo tamunya udah nunggu dari tadi' Auucchhh... Akhirnya berhasil masuk kamar 14.25 dengan kondisi lantai masih basaaahh sah sah sah.. Terima kasih atas pengalaman buruknya.. Kamarnya sebetulnya luas dan relatif bersih, tapi pengalaman buruk di awal kedatangan membuat suasana istirahat kurang nyaman. Apalagi ternyata koneksi internet melalui WiFi yang sangat buruk. Pagi hari kami mandi dan bersiap untuk sarapan, telepon ke oprator menanyakan tempat untuk sarapan. Ternyataaaaaa sarapan di antar ke kamar padahal saat book hotel tertulis prasmanan. Oalaaaaaahhh.. Lengkaplah sudah.. Selesai sarapan, pagi itu juga kami langsung keluar hotel.. Lebih nyaman berlama2 di mobil daripada berlama2 di hotel ini. Kapok!

My Stay at De Rain Hotel in Bandung

Firstly when I booked my trip b/fast was clearly indicated but I was not given. WHY? Am I being short changed by Expedia I expect a reply. It caused me much inconvenience as I had to search for b/fast this wasted my time and effected my plans.

部屋が広い

金額にしては部屋は圧倒的に広い。ホテル内にKTV,とマッサージスパがありますが、どちらもForMenと書いてあるので女性は、、、 どちらも綺麗な女性があなたをエスコートしますっと書かれていたのでそのようなお店なんだと想像してください。 このホテルの隣に両替所もある、目の前にも屋台があるのでなにかと便利です。 フロントに氷をお願いすれば部屋でお酒も飲めます(氷代20000ルピア) もしまたバンダンに行くなら利用したいホテルでした。

Nice and comfortable. The room is very clean however no mini refrigerator provided. Noisy at night due to the music performance at the lounge on the top floor. The hotel provides us with GRAB to the airport on our return since the hotel vehicle is not available. Overall very satisfactory stay.

SMOKING EVERYWHERE

Do NOT stay here if you are a non-smoker. The 1st floor of this hotel is supposedly 'non-smoking.' BUT SMOKING SMELL IS IN NON-SMOKING ROOMS. The ventilation of this hotel is LINKED to the smoking floors. On the very first night I moved in there was smoking smell in my room, so my friend complained about it to the front desk and they said they will change the room the next day. Also, they will change to connecting rooms, as we wanted to stay together. Next day, they offered to change us to the second floor where there are connecting rooms, but told us the second and third floor are smoking levels. Obviously I declined, and it doesn't help that the 4th floor of this hotel is a bar/pub and it is extremely noisy!!! I can hear the noise from my 1st floor room! (We mentioned this to staff and they knew about it!) So I chose to stay at the first floor. The staff offered an air purifier in my room. DAY BY DAY, THE SMOKING SMELL GOT WORSE. Third night, I choked on the smell of smoke. Fourth night, I could not take it anymore and went to the reception. The receptionist was quick to offer the "air purifier" and to say sorry with a fake "apologetic" 'over-smile.'. I was angry - she was not sincere and was robotic in replies, like this has happened many times before?! She offered a new room after a long time of my complaining,WITHOUT GUARANTEE the new room will not have smoking smell. I'm having a headache smelling the smoke now!

Hotel nya nyaman , akses kemana2 gampang , pelayanannya cepat , tetapi kurang nya untuk breakfast tidak banyak menu pilihannya dan ruangan makannya di campur dengan yang merokok sehingga menjadi kurang nyaman.

Hôtel bon prix!

Hôtel bien situé, proche du marché et de la gare. Chambre grande avec eau chaude et un excellent service. Par contre le système WIFI est à désirer, Skype difficile et connections au Hotspot avec un LG3 impossible. Resto sur le toi est à voir!

Great for a quick, cheap getaway in Bandung.

I went to the de'Rain for a Staycation to relax a bit after a stressful week. I enjoyed my time quite a bit! The French fries were about the best I've ever had, and the rooftop Caviar Lounge was the perfect place to sit for hours with a book. The only thing I would ask for from this new hotel is more signage. It was difficult to find some of the amenities at first. It was a short walk to the tourist center of Bandung: Jalan Asia-Africa. I would absolutely return!
