"Beautiful resort in the middle of many elephant sanctuaries. We had a great pool villa. The pool is huge but they are not maintaining and cleaning the pool by the villas appropriately. There is not enough water in the pool by the villas. The upper pool is good. Location great for seeing elephants. The bikes were great to use. The lady working the front desk was always so helpful. We were charged for getting a bucket of ice. For being a 5 star resort … thus surprised us."

"First of all let’s start with the resort grounds, absolutely stunning. We started taking photos the second we pulled in and didn’t stop until we were pulling out. The mountain at the end of the property was breathtaking. It always seemed to take a different face. We could not get over the beautiful cloud formations at its peak. You could take beautiful photos pretty much anywhere on the property. The property was clean and clearly well taken care of. Every staff member we interacted with was kind and helpful. They even packed us a boxed breakfast for our flight because we were leaving early AM. You could feel the love and pride everyone felt working there. Smiles all around. Would 100% stay here again. Our stay was perfect. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay with you!"

"This resort is absolutely beautiful and the perfect place to unwind. If you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway, this is the place to be. The surroundings are quiet and serene, making it easy to disconnect and recharge. The owner is incredibly kind and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always happy to help. We were a group of 23 people, and every one of us had a wonderful experience. We highly recommend this resort and would gladly return!"

"Aaah.. maybe my best guest solo traveller experience ever, the host clearly has a matchless sense of welcome. Always caring, but discreetly, she was always here but like a fairy you don’t see. The lodges are incredible! Actually, the whole property is! Excellent breakfast that changes everyday, ok for vegans as well, Suanmoon Cottage is a must do experience. Thank you. You made my Chiang Dao trip smooth and fantastic."
