"Everything was good, and I really enjoyed my stay. The location is not right in the city centre, so you do need to take a taxi or a bus to get there. My only suggestion for improvement is the breakfast, as it was a bit boring. It would be much more exciting to have dim sum and a wider variety of cakes in the morning!
Also, it would be great if coffee capsules were provided in the room automatically without guests having to ask. I didn't ask for any for the first 8 days because I was using my own coffee, and I only realised later on that they were available.
Additionally, I stayed in a connecting room and think the hotel should provide an extra proper chair for each room, instead of just a big stool, so guests can sit down comfortably. In the bathroom, it would be good to provide hand soap, as I had to use the shower gel to wash my hands. On the positive side, the toilet flush was powerful, the shower pressure was strong, and the room was very clean. Whenever we asked the maids to clean up, they did a fantastic job!"
