"L’hôtel est bien. Cependant soucis de compréhension et de communication entre les clients parlant francais et le personnels de l’hotel. On me dit "oui" à mes demandes sans aucun retour. Menage de la chambre à revoir . Très poussiéreux à certains endroits."

"Top Service, tolle Einrichtung, intime Atmosphäre, demnach kein „Palast“ mit hunderten Zimmern. Das Essen ist sehr, sehr exquisit, keine Massenware vom Buffet mit Lebensmitteln im Überfluss. Hier kommt der Nachhaltigkeitsgedanke sehr zum Vorschein."
