"Bathroom had holes in ceiling stains on tiles, terrible , wallpaper peeling and cracks Fireplace not working Breakfast pasties stale, eggs swimming in water not cooked Needs a lot of work no guest should be put in a room that requires maintenance or repairs. Dangerous safety hazard. Will not recommend or stay again. "

"I am a handicapped woman and need assistance to walk. There was no elevator and it was not mentioned in the website. It was with great difficulty for me to navigate the stairs both going up and down. My husband just had surgery too and had to carry the luggage up to the second floor with a lot of difficulty. The room was clean. The breakfast was sufficient. The person who checked us in on May 9th around 4 p.m. was not very friendly or helpful."

"-Door was awkard to use(Bathroom doors should swing into the bathroom so they are out of the way) -Coffee and tea was supplied but had nothing to stirring with, i had to use the rooms pen -key/light system is no good,,,if I leave then the other person has no lights Other than that"

"Aside from a squeaky shower head and a small improvement that could be made to the breakfast, everything was great. The hotel was very clean, and I love that the rooms now have flooring instead of carpet — it really makes the space feel fresher and cleaner."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Grand Georgian Hotel. The room was large and well laid out with a nice fireplace and a good sized kitchen. The TV’s are a bit small and one of the remote controls was missing batteries. The room and the hotel itself were clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. Lots of restaurants and fun things to do close by. We would stay again. Very family friendly."

"EXCEPTIONAL stay at the Fairfield Orillia!! This hotel is SPOTLESS - I am a germaphobe - I felt TOTALLY safe here!! I said to Matthew at the checkout desk that there is not one thing they could possibly improve on!! Super lovely staff - shouts out to Matthew and to the lady who checked us in - both were sooooo friendly and made me feel that they valued our business. And to both Melody and Crystal in the Breakfast Room - both super sweet - they work sooooo hard - excellent food choices - spotlessly clean - these two women really start your day with a smile!! Housekeeping is excellent - every single detail in our room was perfection!! We really really appreciated everyone’s obvious efforts - made our stay just sooooo lovely!! This hotel is squeaky clean from lobby to pool to elevators to breakfast room to guest rooms - clear that this Fairfield Inn works as one big EXTREMELY WELL-FUNCTIONING TEAM - and we the guests are the beneficiaries!!
