"Airport shuttle service was excellent. Staff was ok. The only negative was the bed. They need to replace mattresses. The mattress was soft in the middle, very uncomfortable, and resulted in a less than satisfactory sleep. I am a sound sleeper but on that mattress, staying asleep is extremely challenging."

"Staff is SUPERRRRRR friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was phenomenal!!!! Rooms are clean, quaint and serves the purpose, fully equipped by the way. Bed is extremely comfortable and clean!! We are still staying here and are loving every minute of our stay thus far. Thank you for the warm welcome and super service."

"The staff was friendly, the restaurant was convenient with great breakfast selections, and the room was clean. Unfortunately, the "heated pool" was very cold. We selected the hotel in part based on the heated pool given that we knew the weekend would be cold and rainy, so it was a disappointment for us and our kids."

"From the moment we checked in at the front desk until the moment we were dropped off from the shuttle at BWI the staff interaction was excellent. We especially loved Mo, who takes care of everyone at the bar/restaurant. The discussion was great and the food was delicious. The hotel’s close proximity to the airport and the 24 hour shuttle are the reasons we booked this hotel. We had a 6:00 a.m. flight back to Detroit and we are not morning people. The in-room coffee, punctuality of the shuttle, and kindness from the staff was an added bonus. Thank you!"
