Beautiful and charming place for a weekend getaway. Unfortunately it was raining during our stay, but there are expansive grounds to walk and relax in as well. Our bed was extremely comfortable as well. Easy to get to and from Baltimore from here.

Beautifully appointed B & B
We spent one night at this beautifully appointed B & B. We were greeted with a very friendly front staff person who quickly showed us to our room. As a note if you are traveling with a lot of luggage or are elderly this hotel does not have an elevator so getting up to the third floor where our room might be a bit of a challenge! The room was cozy and very quiet but sadly our mattress was one of the worst I have ever slept in. Overall the morning breakfast was utterly FABULOUS and made to order so that helped ease the lack of sleep and the back ache I woke with due to the mattress.

This is an unusual kind of place, a magnificent mansion that's been beautifully restored. The breakfasts are wonderful (haven't had other meals there) and the staff, including the owner, could not be nicer or more helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone in a heartbeat!

Gramercy Mansion is one of the best places we have ever visited. This place is extremely serene and the landscapes around the mansion are breathtaking. The staff which also includes the owners are super friendly and passionate. We enjoyed browsing through the phenomenal art collection and the gift shop and grateful to make some valuable purchases. We look forward to visit them again in near future.

Our stay was absolutely lovely. The staff was great. Everything was perfect and the food was delicious (Shannon said "I make a mean latte"--and she was right! lol). I will definitely make plans for another stay.

Beautiful inn set on a spectacular garden. Enjoyed the pool. Breakfast is very generous. Very friendly service. My only complaint was that the room is tiny and was not cleaned even though we were there for 2 nights.

Highly recommended!
I was pleased with the entire experience. I chose this B&B at what I thought to be the half-way point of a two-day drive. While it's not exactly a budget hotel, it is worth every penny. Check-in was very easy, all the staff were kind and considerate, the room was extremely comfortable and very clean, and the breakfast was quite nice, as well. I was only sorry that I had to leave so early the next morning to continue my drive.

This place is top notch! I thought when I booked the reservation that the price was high, but after I stayed there I don’t think the price is high at all. It is so beautiful! The grounds are full of flowers everywhere. The owner spoke to us as if we were friends for years. My wife wants to go back again.

Everything about this place was amazing, from the time my wife and I had arrived we were greeted with a smile and warm welcome. The breakfast was amazing every morning, the view, the peace and quiet we met the owner and some amazing people here. We plan on going back and keeping this place as our designated place too get away from the world.

Very unique, quiet, great customer service but should be more knowledgeable about exactly what is offered. We were told that someone would bring our food to the door but we had to come down to receive it. The door wouldn’t lock at first so my husband and I didn’t want to leave our bag but eventually it worked. We saw a bug and one of the pillow covers had old spotting on it but that was the only uncleanliness we seen.

Thank you so much for your honest feedback. We are disappointed to hear you have some concerns but are happy to hear you enjoyed your stay overall! Since we are a historic Mansion that has kept the original doors and uses physical keys instead of swipe keys, some of the locks are a little tricky. However, I can assure you every room does lock to keep your personal items safe. Unfortunately, since we are located on 45 acres of heavily wooded and garden property, we do run into the occasional bug and do our best to spray and maintain cleanliness. As for breakfast, I'm sure that was a miscommunication on our part. As long as you write "in room" on your menu before putting it back out, it should be brought to your room. Otherwise, we serve in the atrium or dining room. We hope you can overlook all of those minor issues and return another time for a lovely stay!

WONDERFUL!
I have stayed at the Gramercy three times now and I always love it. The grounds now have SUCH beautiful gardens and it's such a pleasure wandering around. The breakfast is delicious; the staff are friendly and helpful; the rooms are so pretty and comfortable. Five stars!!

This property was an excellent weekend getaway! Each room is unique in its layout and offerings. The mansion is full of unique antiques for sale and the grounds are lovely to walk.

Well worth every penny
First class experience all around. The grounds were magnificent and the room was beautiful. We live just a few miles away and we felt like we were in another country. An amazing escape.

Lovely
I don't write a lot of reviews.. but I just loved my stay here. The old building, the lovely grounds (I walked them for probably an hour, just sitting and listening to birds and things). Breakfast was a delight, and things were quiet and comfortable. Lovely stay.

Amazing
The grounds are beautiful, well kept. Inside also well kept and beautiful. Staff is nice and friendly. The room had everything we needed, everything worked like it should. Breakfast was not just beautiful but it was delicious too. Overall a amazing experience. Definitely will recommend and return.
