"Perfect spot for the Hot Air Ballon Fiesta. We could see the balloons and at night could see the fireworks and drone show. The welcome sheet w the helpful Hints was great. Anthony and Jess were very helpful. Room key didn’t work times 3 but front desk quickly fixed that. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of pillows. AC worked great. Ice machine and room fridge a plus. On and off the interstate easily. Lots of dogs tho just an FYI "

"When we were on our way it was raining hard and we called to make sure they wouldn't give up our room. When I got there they told us they gave up our room. The lady at the front (Maria) let me know that the front desk lady that was there when I called walked out during a rush and she just got there. She was kind and apologetic and was able get me and my family into two rooms quickly and they covered one room for us. She was so helpful and kind. The stay was great, the breakfast was delicious and...

"Great location close to restaurants and the Cottonwood mall, where we parked to attend the balloon fiesta. Beautiful views, it is on a golf course so you need to take that into account as they have signs park at your own risk. We didnt have any problems."

"This place is amazing. We had a room with hand painted murals on all the walls and many paintings by a super artist. Many artistic details are all thru the hotel. Room was clean and roomy. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It is easy to get to places you want to see from here. We were not that impressed with the onsite restaurant but it is easy to drive to restaurants from here. The hot tub and pool were fun options"
