"This was our 2 nd time staying in July Brett and Lilla we had such a great time again breakfast and dinner was excellent again and the staff were super friendly and helpful as usual dont wait to book your stay here rooms get sold out very very quickly and this is one of the best hotels at lake Balaton "

"Frühstück war soweit ok, den Kaffee konnte man nicht trinken und wenn man Cappuccino haben wollte kostet es extra.
Heizung war nicht an und kein Monteur in der Nähe, also blieb es kalt.
Ganz frech war, das sie die Unterkunft schon 1 Tag vorher abgebucht haben ohne uns Bescheid zu sagen und am Abreise Tag nochmals.
Wir würden stark überlegen ob wir da nochmals übernachten würden.
