Stayed for 5 nights in June. Lovely hotel, great locality. Really walkable into the old city and the Bay Area. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Felt very safe even in the evening. Lots of local families out enjoying the promenade etc. Fantastic options for shopping nearby including a small supermarket in the small mall opposite. Close to the F1 pit lanes. The views of the F1 track would be amazing during the Grand Prix. Lovely city, a great stay.

Excellent location and friendly staff.

Excellent location. 5 minutes walk to Nizami street. In front of the hotel there's a mall. The staff and the service were great. I was given a room overlooking the street on my first night and I couldn't sleep, i brought this problem to the staff at 12 am and they were quick to change my room.

Excellent location

Great hotel in an excellent location. Across the road from the sea & a shopping centre. Beautiful 20 mins flat walk into the centre. Used Bolt for taxi to airport. Very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend the hotel. We had a great stay.

Outstanding staff great English by most. Great food and bar. Room clean view spectacular and shower hot with good pressure. Steps away from the Caspian, Sea and promenade. Shopping and groceries close by. Definitely would go back.

Terrible condition of facility for 170usd a night. All very old and smells. Breakfast for 50UsD - very busy, will wait 15 min for omlette and no beacon, no any fish - overall very poor. Hotel is 2.5 stars max.

Clean room, perfect bed, bathroom/shower were ok, each day drinking water bottles. Would appreciate better coffee brands. And the chocolate drink was bad. I could not find a coat hook behind the room door, (not expensive) instead of two toilet paper roll holders :-) Especially all staff was very friendly, both at the reception as well as the room service and breakfast area, gave assistance wherever we asked for.

My stay at Radisson Baku was somewhat underwhelming compared to the typical Radisson experience. The hotel delivered standard quality, but lacked the premium touch I’ve come to expect from the brand. The bar was just okay—not terrible, but nothing special either. However, the location was a standout. Situated in the heart of Baku, it’s within walking distance of key attractions like the Baku Boulevard, Old City, and a variety of restaurants and shops. The central location made it easy to explore the city and enjoy its vibrant atmosphere. Overall, while the location was excellent and a highlight of the stay, the rest of the experience felt average, falling short of the usual Radisson standard.
