Bu otele 03/10 - 09/10 arasında Hotels.com ùzerinden rezevasyon yaptırdım,parasını ödedim ve 04/10 gùnù saat 05:30 gibi otele incheckning için geldim (uçagımın iniș saatinden dolayı)ama malesef bùyùk hayal kırıklığına uğradım,çoktan benim rezevasyon umu iptal etmiṣlerdi odayı bir bașkasına vermișlerdi, sebeb olarak benim incheckning e geç kalmam ve bu konuda bilgi vermemem, halbuki oteli bilgilendirmiștim 02/10 tarihinde.ama onlar kesinlikle mesajımı okumadilar Bana dediler bilgilendirme yapmadin ve oda bașkasına verildi ve Hotels.com para ödemedi. Hotels.com ile irtibata geçtim șimdi bu sorunu onlar çözmeye çalișıyor
