"We got let down by another hotel a week before travelling and the Irshad was still available to take us in just before the F1 race weekend. "As our first visit to Baku, our experience at this hotel was truly exceptional. The services were excellent, and the staff were very friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The hotel’s location also played a big role in making our family time more enjoyable and convenient. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would definitely recommend it."

"The hotel is modern and feels very inviting and fresh. The room itself is also contemporary, with plenty of charging points, modern lighting, and overall cleanliness. There were a few signs of wear and tear, which is to be expected. However, the air conditioning does not work until the outside temperature reaches a certain level (an Ibis policy). The hotel is well insulated, which unfortunately made the room temperature quite uncomfortable, even with the window open. The thick bedding didn’t help either. I also reported that the bed was squeaky and had a wobbly leg, but this was not fixed during the four days of our stay. The breakfast was a small continental-style setup, with low-quality coffee and juices. In hindsight, we regret paying for it, as there are much better and more affordable cafes nearby. The gym is functional but very small, so it’s not suitable for a full workout. Overall, while the hotel is modern, I wouldn’t stay again after experiencing other options in Baku, where better-priced rooms with more facilities are available."

"The apartment was clean; however, the initial apartment given to me did not have a washing machine, so they moved me to a two-bedroom apartment as I needed to wash, as I was between a 6-week travel. Generally speaking, the staff were extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast was Ok but repetitive as I was staying for 2 weeks. I got tired of it after a few days. They clean whenever I ask. "
