We were welcomed by a dynamic duo at the reception who quickly and efficiently checked us in. But they took hospitality a notch higher by how they handled our request for a room upgrade and we were all settled in within 15 minutes of arrival. Five star all the way "

There was rat stool and a dead cockroach in the room and the bedside drawers. "
