"Very unique hotel...more of a restaurant/bar with rooms :). Great location at the top end of the city core with the tram running out front and the train station minutes away. Walking to the beach is 20 minutes and you can experience most of the city along the way. We enjoyed the rooftop bar one night with great views of Nice and fun people watching. Didn't take advantage of dining options but lots of places to eat at, within 15 minute walking radius. Hotel only has 6 parking spots but staff steered us to a nearby underground garage that charged 69euro for 3 nights. Room was compact but efficient and had a beautiful window opening up to the main drag of Nice. Room was a bit musty smelling and the whole place could use new carpets but if your looking for a no frills and convenient stay in Nice, this is the place."
